Stage 2 – preview

The second stage is, with 100km and 3.050 vertical meters of climbing, the queen stage of the BeMC 2017. The start will be at 10 a.m. in front of Hotel Floreal.

The peloton will head in the direction of Houffalize, passing by Borzée and Berismenil. Between feedstation one and three, both located near Engreux, some 40 very hard and technical kilometers need to be tackled with among others a part of the former worldcup circuit.

Between feedstation three and four riders wil cross the Ourthe for the first time, using a small concrete bridge. After Warempage, the wind could play an important role before reaching the lake of Nisramont. The real final starts after the fourth feedstation with some technical descends and after Nadrin the legendary crossing of the Ourthe, followed by some long and hard climbs.

The finish of the first riders is expected between 14h15 and 14h30.
